This past Thursday February 28th the Partnership of hope held their monthly support meeting and again it was a enjoyable night for all who attended. Our special guests were Dr Karen Tennyson a neuropsychologist from Kessler Rehab in Chester who discussed how to look at circumstances in different ways. She presented examples how to look at the glass as half full instead of half empty and to keep that positive attitude even when faced with difficult challenges. Our other guest was ANS’s very own Dr Joseph Rempson who gave us an extremely interesting talk on how the brain recovers from injury and how exercise and rehab play such a vital role in recovery and keeping your spirits high.  Dinner this month was Italian night with the homemade baked ziti, eggplant parm and some amazing desserts. We had some great door prizes and as always our chair massages for the group. We look forward to next months group .

Thanks so much and god bless.
